Continuous Flow Synthesis Plan

Process Flow Introduction‌

After mixing and blending various materials, the mixture is pressurized from atmospheric pressure to the required pressure, heated to the desired reaction temperature, and allowed to react fully. Then, it is depressurized to the required pressure via a depressurization device. After flash vaporization separation, the synthesized liquid enters the downstream process, while the flashed vapor enters the recovery system.

Compared to Traditional Production Processes, the Advantages are as Follows:

1. The transition from intermittent to continuous production processes saves reaction time and geometrically increases output within the same time frame.

2. Significant reduction in product costs leads to increasing economic benefits over time.

3. Technological advancements ensure long-term stable and safe operation with consistent product quality.

4. Fully intelligent and automated production conditions can be achieved based on customer requirements.

5. Depending on different process conditions, internal components and devices of various materials can be designed in forms such as baffles, turbulence, swirls, and impact configurations.
